- This Cart-King Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Cart-King International Holdings Inc. (“Cart King”) to the Customer. All manufactured standard, pre-fabricated or custom kiosks and carts are included in this Warranty (“Products”).
- This Warranty will apply for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery of the Products.
- Cart King expressly warrants that the Products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials from the date of delivery. Cart King warrants that such defects will be repaired or to replace defective parts without charge, save and except, that customer shall pay for shipping and handling.
- Cart King makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, not stated in this Warranty, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties and conditions not stated in this Warranty.
- No other warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness of the products for any specific purpose, are included in this Warranty, and are specifically disclaimed by Cart King.
- This Warranty excludes any damages resulting from misuse, abuse of the products or negligence on the part of the Customer, or any damage resulting from the use of the Products for which they was not intended. This Warranty excludes damage caused by neglect, including any damage caused by acts of nature, damage caused by exposure to the elements, including, but not limited to, rain or water damage, hail, snow, fire, smoke, or any other elements. This Warranty excludes any damage to the products resulting from any alterations made by the Customer.
- The Customer’s remedies are set forth in this Warranty, and Cart King will under no circumstances be liable to customer for any lost profits, incidental damages, or other economic loss.
- CLAIMS PROCESS: to make a claim pursuant to this Warranty, please contact Cart King at 1-877-986-7771 or by email at cartkinginfo@gmail.com. Cart King will provide a Warranty Claim Form with instructions. Once received, Cart King will review the claim and respond within 7 days with further instructions.
